We ensure wages comply fully with national regulations and Bangladesh Labor Laws. Salary payouts are guaranteed within the first week of every calendar month. We protect worker rights, support maternity allowances, prevent child labor, and secure democratic feedback nodes in all our factories.
Healthcare & Safe Workplaces
Each manufacturing division features a dedicated medical care facility managed by certified physicians and occupational nursing staff. We conduct regular physical evaluations, enforce strict respiratory protections, deploy high-sensitivity fire detectors, and form first-responder squads in each block.
Environmental Engineering
