Sonnet Textile Industries Ltd. has an own wages and benefit policy, which shall be identical to local law and generally accepted and recommended by Bangladesh Labor Law-2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules-2015 & Amadement-2018 and every month first week we pay our employees salary. We have a tendency to extend greater facilities to the workers and employees whenever and wherever possible and applicable.

The goal of our safety and health program is to eliminate or control all hazards associated with our operations and by doing so, reduce accident and injuries to an absolute minimum. It is a responsibility we take very seriously. Therefore, we require all employees to take it seriously, as well. We each must do our part by acting, thinking and practicing safety. Every end of the year we review and update our own health and safety policy and maintain all necessary files and arrange health and safety training to our all worker.
We have own medical room for our entire employees and we are committed to provide our all employees a better medical facilities. We have own doctor and nurse and a big Firstt aider team.

We have own yearly training calendar and as per training calendar we arrange training for our workers.
